Week 6, Run 2

Today's run was a bit tough. I had to do two 10 min. runs with a 3 min. break in between. I think it was tough cause I didn't have a rest day. I ran on Sunday, then hit the gym on Monday and did the elliptical, and did this run on Tues. I'm going to make sure I'm well rested for my third run, which is for 25 min. Aaaaarrrggg!! 25 min on Friday. Wish me luck. Til next time... GET OUTDOORS!!!
