Week 6, Run 3
Whoo hoo! 25 min run completed! I did it! I ran for a solid 25 minutes, and you know what... it wasn't that bad. I actually ran slower than I wanted to cause I wanted to make sure to finish. My calves were a little stiff, but walking one lap around the track to cool down helped. So bring on week 7. All the runs for week 7 are 25 minutes each. I'm a little nervous, but looking forward to the challenge! Til next time... GET OUTDOORS!!!
