Since I've been doing the Couch 2 5k challege, I've actually been enjoying it. While checking out some websites for learning to run injury free, I came across some other interesting challenges. Like the six week program for doing 100 pushups, 200 situps, and 200 squats. Basically, it's a six week program to get you to do 100 pushups, 200 situps, and 200 squats. I think I'm going to incorprate those workouts to cross train on the running program. Here are the websites for each incase anyone is interested.
