I raced home after work, jumped into my jogging clothes, and headed for the track, hoping to beat the rain. I almost did. It started coming down on us during the middle of our 3rd run for week 4. I was kind of bummed too cause I had book club later that night and didn't want to go with frizzy, wet hair. OH well. I sucked it up and finished the session. The good news, I'm half way done with the Couch to 5k running program! Whoo Hoo!!! Til next time.... GET OUTDOORS!!!
